"MUNSEY'S" APOLOGISES. [By Electric Telegraph—CopyriqhtJ [United Press Association.] (Received 9.15 a.m.) London, December IS. Grand Duke Boris sued Munsey's Magazine for libel contained in the April number. The article, which was headed "Succession to the Russian Throne," stated that Boris, who is attached to Prince Kuripatkin's staff, was accused of gross misconduct during the Japanese war. The case has been settled. Defendant's counsel apologised, and indemnified Boris regarding costs.
