LAUNCHING H.M.S. TIGER.
“A GREAT IMPERIAL WORK.”

At the launching of H.M.S. Tiger, Sir Edgar Vincent, in proposing the toast of “The Constructors,” said tin Dominion Commission had studied the problem of great Imperial harbors. It they have these large vessels, he said, they must have harbors deep enough to take them in, and docks big enough to hold them for repairs. There was a great Imperial work to be performed in the improvement of the harbors of the Empire throughout the world.
