ATROCIOUS MASSACRES. i By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] St. Petersburg, December 8. Sixty-three prisoners, known demons of the steppes, were captured at Ekatoruodar and charged with thirtylive murders. They generally sprinkled petroleum over their victims whom they burned alive. Indescribable atrocities are imputed to them. They massacred a family of twelve, their motive being robbery.
