United Kingdom, British Possessions, United States, -Chili, Costa Rica, Egypt, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Pago Pago, Paraguay, Portugal, and Portufuese Colonies, Siam, Servia, and ostal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof; all other places 2Jd for the first oa. or fraction tnereof, and lid for each succeeding o*. or fraction thereof.
Post Cards.—lnland, single, i 3; reply, Id; all other places, single, Id; reply 3d. Printed Papers Concluding Books and Magazines, * not registered),—All places, Jd per 2oz •- Magazines (registered), inland, fd for every Boa or fraction thereof. Foreign, id per 2oz left open. \ Coitmusrolaf Paper*.—-Town (for accounts, etc., only), id for 2ozs, or Id for first 4oz and id each succeeding 2oz.
