UNITED STATES JUDGMENT.
(Received 9.20 a.m.) San Francisco, December 7. The Federal 'Court decided tbat Hindus arriving from the Philippines and claiming entrance to the United States were not receivable, and ordered the deportation of twenty-four. It is understood the case will be carried to the Supreme Court.
