NATIONAL INSURANCE.
MEDICAL MEN CONFER. [By Eleoteio Telegraph—Copyright] [United Priss Association.] (Received 8.25 a.m.) London, December 5. The delegates to the British Medical Association rejected the council's proposal to form a fighting fund by voluntary subscription, which was estimated to yield £40,000 annually to provide against trouble in working the National Insurance Bill. Subsequently, the delegates decided to take a postal vote on the question, and also resolved to increase the ordinary subscription to 425, but this does not apply to foreign and colonial members.
