MR WILLIAM REDMOND'S VIEWS

Mr William Redmond, British iVI.R. for Clare, arrived by the German mail steamer.
In an interview 3ir Redmond said he anticipated Home Rule will be an ac- ( omplished fact by June next. He does not think there will be any chance ol Ulster being excluded from the Bill, He declared that the majority of the people of Ulster, and also the majority of Ulster representatives in the House of Commons, favored Home Rule. There was a strong growing feeling amongst the Protestants in Ulster in favor of Home Rule. The tain or civil war was absurd. There may be a little rioting, he said, but it would be confined to the south-east corner of Ulster. LAW AND CARSON. (Received 11.40 a.m.) ijiKiou, December 1. It is reported that an English battalion in 1 Ister recently toasted Air iionar Law and Sir Edward Carson with enthusiasm.
