FOUL PLAY SUSPECTED. WOMAN WENT OUT SHOPPING. [By Eleotsio Telegrapb-Goptbight] [United Prkss Association.' (Received 10.20 a.m.) Sydney. November 27. The mysterious disappearance of a young woman, Miss Mona West. twenty-one years of age, '.s causing comment. She belonged to Goulburn, but was residing on a Hobday with her, uncle Dr. O'Hara, at Bayswater Road, Oarlinghurst, Sydney. She intended to return home on November otli, and went out that morning to do shopping in the city, saying that she would return to lunch. That was the last seen of hsr. Shortlv alter her disappearance, her parents received a letter in a disguised handwriting saying she had been murdered. Foul play is suspected, though no motive is known. .Miss West was always bright and happy. She had hosts of friends and ! was universally admired and respected.
