A TICKET IN “TATTS.”
[Per Press Association.] Dunedin, November 26. At the Police Court, Joseph Issues, a tobacconist, was charged under four informations with breaches of the Gaming Act, by disposing of tickets in Tafts. The defence urged that
Isaac s was merely a purchaser for the sellers, not the sellers’ agent. Judgment was reserved.
