FRENCH MINERS STRIKE.
THE EIGHT HOURS BILL. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright J [United Press Association.] (Received 9.10 a.m.) Paris, November 19. Over 25,000 miners struck in the Pas do Calias district with a view to compelling the Senate to relinquish amendments in the Eight Hours Bill, thus increasing the overtime margin.
