[Per Press Association. 1 Wellington, November 14

A deputation from the Conference of the Post and Telegraph Officers Association endeavored to place' before the Commissioners the resolutions telegraphed yesterday, but a deadlock occurred. The Commissioners objected to the delegates criticism of the Ala ssification as being an impeachment, and demanded the withdrawal of the resolution which compared the P. and T. classification with that of other branches of the Civil Service. The delegates will now report to the various branches.
