ALLEGED GREEK ATROCITY. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! [United Press Association.] (Received 8.30 a.m.) Sofia, November 12. It is semi-officially stated that tp.e Greeks at Salonika embarked eighty Bulgarian soldiers on the steamship Pelops on the pretence of going to quarantine. On the way the prisoners were thrown overboard "by order of the captain. Lehelies and eleven others were killed after horrible tortures. It is presumed that several passengers were among the killed. SETTLING THEIR DIFFERENCES.
(Received 8.30 a.m.) Athens, November 12. The Greco-Turkish delegates have agreed to refer the main difference to arbitration. Cettinje, November 12. Servia and Montenegro agreed upon the frontier, Montenegro receiving the fruitful districts of Metochia and the Sanjak. - ■
