Captain eGrsius, writing to the Tageblatt, suggests that England should gradually release the ships from the North Sea. She has already sent some to the Mediterranean. tiermany has responded by sending two crijisers to South America, If England sends more Germany would do the same, and a reduction of tension would be certain to follow.
