PRESIDENT HUERTA TO RESIGN.

Mr Bryan has sent a formal note to the European Powers asking them to suspend the formulation of a definite policy until the United States defines its attitude. It is understood that the latter intends to make a formal demand for the resignation of President Huerta, with free elections, thereafter guaranteed. General Diaz is now aboard the warship Louisiana.

Two women visited the President and announced that they possessed evidence of an assassination plot. Several arrests of persons named by the women were effected!
