The Montreal Daily Telegraph, discussing the proposal that Prince Arthur would he the next GovernorGeneral, suggests that the Dukes of Connaught should be made hereditary G over nor.s-G'eneral, thus founding a new dynasty, giving Canada virtually a king, and introducing a departure which might have every Dominion ultimately presided over by a separate branch of the Royal Family.
