During the Leipzig celebrations the Crown Prince ostentatiously remained at Hopfrenden, in Austria, whence he recently w rote a letter of protest at connecting Brunswick with the succession. He (Started homewards on Saturday. The Kaiser sent an aide-de-camp to Munich to meet him. The'Kaiser and Crown Prince had a long and animated discussion. It is significant that they were not invited to the luncheon with their parents and sisters. The Prussian Government, backed by Count Hollweg, will shortly submit its Brunswick resolution to the Council. The newspapers imply that hints have been conveyed to the Crown 6 v Prince that the question is a matter of State policy, wherewith lie has no concern.
