Yischonersky, an old mair, testified that his friend Ravitch narrated to his wife that, he entered Cheberiak’s dwelling two or three months after Yushinsky’s murder, and saw in a bath Yushinsky’s body wrapped in a carpet. Before going to America witii his wife, Ravitch and an old witness named Vera defrayed their passage. They signed counterfoils, and also gave oral evidence that showed that Beiliss was working all day on the date of Tushinsky's'disappearance. There are ominous advices from Minsk, where there has been an anti-Semitic agitation from Kieff and the distribution of a manifesto summoning the populace to avenge Yushinsky’s murder. Misffetchuk; formerly chiefylef}(?ctivT« at Kieff, has arrived at St. Petersburg to appeal against the sentence of twelve months’ imprisonment for forging evidence concerning Yushinsky’s murder.
