BOROUGH BY-LAWS.
[To The Editor Stratford Post.] Sir, —Perhaps some of your readers will let mo know if the Cr. Masters who objected so strongly to a permit being granted to' a certain business man of this town is the same gentleman who obtained permission when on the Council to build additions to his shop (Masters , and Son) without a brick wall. 1 am, etc., CURIOUS.
