The Xationalists in mid-Ireland are organising a body of drilled men to check the Ulstermen should they evince a desire to come south of the Boyne when Home Pule is established. Workmen of all classes are participating. A regiment of cavalry has been organised. THE GOVERNMENT'S POLICY. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] London, October 15. The Daily Mail states that informal negotiations are proceeding* between the Government and English Unioniss leaders with regard to Ulster. An attempt is also being made to induce Mr Redmond to moderate his views. It is expected that Mr Churchill will announce the Government's policy at Manchester on Saturday.
