TRAIN COLLISION.

AT LIVERPOOL, ENGLAND. 7 KILLED: 13 INJURED. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] , [United Press Association.] (Received 10.10 a.m.) London, October 15. , The Harwich boat train from the Central Station at Liverpool, collided with an express for Warrington, which was standing outside St. James' Station, Liverpool. The last cOach was smashed, and two or three carriages were telescoped. Seven bodies have been extricated. Eighteen persons were severely injured. The accident is attributed to a passenger in the first train pulling a cord in a tunnel, the steam obscuring the signal for the oncoming train.
