PAKIPAKi ALL CLEAR. —___ [Per Press Association.] • Hastings, October 13. Dr. De Lisle, district health officer, visited thc'Pakipaki pa this morning in connection with the smallpox scare. He returned to' town this afternoon and reported all,clear. The restrictions preventing natives travelling and entering billiard-rooms and places of entertainment, have been removed. it •■■ ’
