Mr. John Redmond, speaking at Limerick,, said that Mr Churchill's inference to possible exclusion was impracticable ; and unworkable. The Irish people would not support it. They were ready to concede every reasonable concession to Ulster, but Ireland must be a nation. Mr. Dillon said that the exclusion of Ulster, would mean its pauperisation ■within six weeks. The Provisional Government would be then desirous to enter the Irish Parliament.
