The conference decided that no infighting should he allowed, the interpretation of in-fighting resting entirely with the referee. It was resolved, that the referee's proper place is inside the ring. The question of penalising fouls waaT discussed, but though-no decision was reached, the consensus of opinion was that one disqualification would go tyr to clearing the ring..
