It is impossible to deny that'the men.’s standard of ' sexual morality is lower than the women’s. The paper concludes: “But j there is antecedent to call upon her I for the maintenance and perpetuation jof life. What shall it profit us to im- ! prove the quality of life if we let the I supply fail. It cannot be denied that the women’s movement involves more than an imaginable danger of this result.
DESTRUCTIVE RIFLE SHELLS.

Experiments have been conducted with two new rifle shells. One is intended to set fire to dirigibles, and the other to destroy everything in the vicinity where it falls. The results were considered most promising.
