SEEDOW'S EXPEDITION. [By Eleoibio Telegraph —Copyrighj [United Press Association.] (Received' 9.30 a.m.) ' London, October 2. The steamer Olga picked up Captain Zachoraff and tour sailors of Seedow's expedition at Matthews Strait, Nova Zembla. Advices .from Archangel state that 'the 'expedition. wintered at Panteratje Land,' and that Seedow intended to proceed to Franz Josef Land at the end of August.
