Durrazzo advises that forty thousand Macedonian Bulgars have junctioned with twenty thousand Albanians, and are advancing from Dibra to Gpstivar/ Servian opinion belittles tiie outbreak and regards it as merely the work of marauding hands. It is reported, that the Servians los' twelve hundred men at Dibra. The Albanians marching on Bostivar captured three hundred Servians. M. Pestitch, the Premier, has abandoned his holiday and returned to Belgrade. He stated that the Servians’ concentration would be complete when the decisive blow was struck. ALBANIANS SEVERELY DEFEATED. Vienna, October 1. The Albanians have suffered a severe defeat in the Monastir district. POWERS WILL INTERVENE. (Received 9.40 a.m.) Paris, October 1. It is officially announced that Greece lias asked the Powers to intervene in' the Turco-Greciau trouble.
