The Mayor of Stratford,' Mr W. P. Kirkwood, this afternoon received a telegram front Mr Turner, Mr P. Skoglund’s brother-in-law, stating that Mr Skoglund had had a relapse and that an immediate operation was necessary, and would take place this afternoon.
