SUPREME COURT.
A FORGED LETTER. [Per Press Association.] Auckland, September 20. Thomas Stephens, aged 38, a bootmilker, came up for sentence at the Supreme Court to-day, charged with forging n letter in the name of the In pector of Factories, complaining' tint his daughter, who was employed in i restaurant, was being over-work-' rd. The letter was addressed to the gi I's employer. He was ordered to "fi ie' up for sentence, having admitted the offence.
