[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright l [United Press Association.] London, September 22.

He declares, secondly, that another Cecil, while in high office, had a flutter in Whittaker Wright's fraudulent concern. He asserts, thirdly, that a relative of Lord Salisbury's in the Salisbury Administration, was a director and a shareholder in an important company when the Government were in negotiation and putting through huge contracts with that company.

TEMPTIXG OFFER REFUSED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) London, September 22. Reynolds' newspaper states that Mr Lloyd George refused £20,000 for ten speeches in Australia on English social reform.
