FIRE.
DWELLINGHOTJSE DESTROYED
[Per Press Association.] Carterton, September 22
A fire this morning destroyed a house owned and occupied by Walter Dorset, a , settler at Parkvale. No particulars are yet to hand, but it is supposed that a faulty chimney was the cause. Dorset was away at the time. The insurances were: New Zealand State office £950 on the house and outbuildings, and on the furniture £275.
