The Government Meteorologist (Mr Pemberton) telegraphed this afternoon as follow*?:
The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but westerly moderate to strong winds prevailing and f res'hening after 2-1 hours. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, Barometer little movement, but falling after 24 to 36 hours.
