CONFERENCE ADJOURNED

A further conference between the ordinary shareholders’ committee and the 'Board of Directors of the Bank of New Zealand was held, and the terms of the Bank of New Zealand Bill were discussed. No definite conclusion was arrived at, and as the Bill is to come before the Public Accounfs Committee to-morrow, the conference was adjourned till triday next.
