The Richmond Council unanimously resolved—That no contradiction bavin; been given to the reports that Mayo: Webber purposely omitted the toas of "The King" at a recent official dinner because he held Republican views and in consideration of the citizens oi Richmond being deeply concernec thereby, this Council places on recorc that the views of the Mayor are noi Ji'eld by the Council, and declares it' unwavering loyalty to the monarchy
