Neil Full Orton, driver, and William Doherty, fireman, were charged with causing the St. Rabane railway accident by excessive speed. Three witnesses gave evidence that Doherty was drunk, and one said Fullerton appeared to be drunk. It is estimated that" the speed on entering the station was forty miles. bible revision
