[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.! (Received 11.40 a.m.) London, September 11.
The Pall Mall Gazette states that Messrs Thomas Borthwick and Sons, Ltd., has secured the army contracts for frozen beef at about 3Jd, the Government supplying the transport. The soldiers dislike cold mutton, and also the fact that the mutton is always frozen.
