WEATHER FORECAST.

The Government Meteorologist (Key D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows : The indications are for winds freshening to westerly heavy gale. The weather will probably lie dull and overcast. Heavy rain is, to ho expected, with rivers rising shortly. Barometer falling, hut rising after 24 hours then the weather will probably bo colder.
