clause empowering the President i impose retaliatory duties on oertan imports from country’s discrimiaa'iri; with the United States.
I Lord Haldane proceeds to Montreal where the American Bar Associatim meets. It is the first meeting evci hold of judges of every America! State to consider uniformity of judima procedure.
