Judgo Globensky referred to the disgraceful scene in court *ben 4 it was jounced that the New York lawyers would be refused a hearing. Never in his experience had he seen such disgraceful conduct by women and mm.'- . If they repeated this ho would order the arrest of all concerned. Afterwards.as Thaw was removed to gaol, hysterical women cheered and itoutel "Hurrah for British justice!" The newspapers compare the demonitration with that accorded royalty. Thaw has issued a statement to the Press thanking the Canadians for their fair play and sympathy.
