INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION. IBy Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyrightl [Unwed Press Association.] (Received noon.) London, August, 25. The- International Co-operative Congress has opened at Glasgow. Six hundred delegates are present, repregenting twenty million members. Earl Grey, in his inaugural address, said that if they were sufficiently in earnest they could secure an international co-operative commonwealth. The remarkable growth of co-operation justified the expectation that a new social order was at hand.
