WEATHER FORECAST.
The Clovernmoiit Meteorologist (Kov I). C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows : The indications are for easterly moderate to strong winds and veering by east to north, then freshening. There is a prospect of fair to clnody weather, with increasing haze and cloudiness. Barometer little movement, but falling after 20 hours.
