Huerta has notified the United States Government that unless a recognition of Mexico is forthcoming immediately all relations between the two countries will he severed. (Received Noon) Washington, August 19. Some apprehension has arisen regarding President Huerta’s ultima/turn. Latest messages from Mexico City state that Mr Lind, the United States envoy, is having a cordial conference with President Huerta.
