THE SIEGE OF TORREON. [By Electric Teleghaph—Copyright] Times—Sydney Sun Special Caulks. Mexico City, August 14. It is officially reported that 3200 rebels were killed or executed in the siego of Torreon. Two hundred Federals were killed. The rebels ransacked Durango, and ate rat-poisoned biscuits. Ten died. Though the storekeepers showed the rebel commander the boxes labelled poison, the storekeepers were executed.

AMBASSADOR DISMISSED. (Received 11.45 a.m.) New York, August 14. President Wilson has decided to summarily dismiss Ambassador Wil»on instead of accepting his resignation because of the tone of the Ambassador's criticism of the British Foreign Office.
