ROMANTIC DENOUEMENT. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] Times—Sydney Sun Special Carles. , London, August 6. The romantic marriage of Miss Dnris Joel, daughter of Mr S. B. Joel, the well-known racehorse owner and African magnate, to Arthur Walter, a stockbroker, came to light at the Goodwood races this week. While the races were on Mr Walter dramatically claimed his bride by embracing her as she sat among other fashionably dressed women—many of them her relatives—in a box. The couple were married secretly three months ago. Doris’ father is a member of Barnato Bros., diamond merchants, and a director of de Beers and other diamond mining companies. ,
