AFFAIRS IN MEXICO.
BRITAIN ATTACKED. [By Electric Telegraph,—Copyright! [United Press Association.] (Received 1.25 p.m.) Washington, August 13. Mr Wilson, ex-Mexican Ambassador, has attacked the British statement that Britain recognised Huerta’s as only a provisional Government, with a desire to restoring order in Mexico. Mr Wilson declares that such a statement is merely a subterfuge and unworthy of the traditions of the British Foreign Office.
