THE MURDER OF MULLINS.
A LONG-STANDING FEUD. [Bt Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.! Hobart, August 13. The chief points in the evidence against Jones were a long-standing fond over land and other matters with Mullins. It is alleged trial- Jones’ hoot marks and horse tracks were found in the vicinity of the fire. His movements were suspicions on the day of the murder, and he refused to assist in a search for Mullins.
