POSITION IN SOUTH AFRICA. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! [United Press Association.] Capetown, August 13. The Magistrate presiding on the Immigration Appeal Board at Durban read a communication from the Minister of the Interior stating that under the immigration regulations of 1911 the Minister deems every Asiatic an undesirable person on economic grounds.
