A SUSPICIOUS CASE. (Received 9.40 a.ra.) Sydney, August 12. According to the Board of Health records, a case suspiciously like pellagra was discovered some time ago in the Konmore lunatic asylum, near Coulhurn. The sufferers died, and hence the disease was never diagnosed.
