QUESTION OF SUSPENSION. [Per Press 'Association.] Wellington, August 11. In reply to a request from tin* Auckland Football Association for a ruling, the council of the New Zealand Football Association to-night laid it down that a player who is ordered off the field' by a referee cannot bo suspended until a resolution to that effect is passed by the management committee of the association concerned. j
