Giving judgment, Mr Hewict, S.M., said there was no evidence of any particular sale, but be convicted unaer j section 207, subsection 1, providing that more liquor than was reasonably required for the use of persons residing therein shall be deemed prima facie evidence of unlawful sale. Three persons lived on the premises between ■the dates mentioned. The quantity of beer delivered averaged ten gallons klailv.
