HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. [Per Press Association.] Wellington, August 11. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated London, August 9th, states: — Butter.—The market is weak, with prices virtually unchanged.
Cheese.—The market is firmer, especially for New Zealand, owing to the small supply of Canadian. The make is still declining owing to droughty conditions. New Zealand white 66 s to 675, colored 65s to 665.
